About Me

I am a mother of 3 hungry boys and my husband is exercise mad so I really understand the demands on keeping the family full whilst making sure they are healthy. It is too easy to become reliant on poor eating and lifestyle habits, nutrition fuels our mind and our body and even small changes can make a significant difference to how we feel.

As well as my love of healthy food, I have a huge passion for the outdoors, so when I'm not in the kitchen, you may find me cold water swimming, surfing in Cornwall, walking my dog in the beautiful Berkshire countryside or cycling around the country lanes.

From a young age I struggled with gut issues, anxiety and allergies. For years I thought I needed to accept that this was just the way I was and learn to live with these symptoms. I finally went to a nutritional therapist where, with the help of some functional testing, I was able to identify and address the underlying causes of my health issues and started to make some changes.  I experienced first-hand the impact a cleaner diet and healthier lifestyle can have on your health.

Everyone presents with a different story. My nutritional approach is to look at the whole person as there is no 'one size fits all' approach to health. I work together with you to explore a holistic approach to identify the underlying root cause of your symptoms. I believe in creating a realistic and personalised food and lifestyle plan that is easy to implement.

I’m passionate about getting the best results for you and committed to helping you reach your health goals. I want to educate and guide individuals on making informed choices to help them support their unique health goals and feel better.
