I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call where we can discuss your health concerns and goals and see how I can help you. This will enable me to assess your exact needs and answer your questions about the process and find out if we are good fit. Please email

Initial Consultation

If you decide to proceed, we will start with an initial consultation, either online or in person. This is a comprehensive health review and assessment and includes discussing your presenting symptoms, medical history, medications etc.

I will give you a tailor-made plan suited to your specific needs with diet, lifestyle, supplement and testing recommendations (if applicable).

For any questions you may have concerning an existing plan.

Follow-up

We will then have a follow-up appointment 4-6 weeks later to check your progress and make changes accordingly.
