I’m a qualified and registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I’m passionate about helping you understand the powerful connection between what you eat, how you live, and how you feel. Taking a root‑cause approach, I look beyond symptoms to pinpoint and address the imbalances that may be draining your energy, disrupting your hormones, upsetting your digestion, or holding back your overall wellbeing.

About me

As a mum of three constantly hungry boys and wife to an exercise-obsessed husband, I truly understand the daily juggle of feeding a busy family while trying to keep things healthy. It’s all too easy to fall into habits that don’t serve our wellbeing, but I’ve seen first-hand how even small, realistic changes to food and lifestyle can have a powerful impact on how we feel.

My journey into nutrition started with personal struggles. From a young age, I battled with gut issues, anxiety, and allergies. For years, I believed this was just how my body worked, something I had to learn to live with. It wasn’t until I sought support from a nutritional therapist, and used functional testing to dig deeper, that I uncovered the root causes of my symptoms. With tailored changes to my diet and lifestyle, my health transformed and so did my outlook.

That experience inspired me to help others do the same. I now support individuals and families to reconnect with food in a way that feels empowering, achievable, and rooted in real life.

Alongside my love of nourishing food, I have a deep passion for the outdoors. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find me cold water swimming, surfing the Cornish coast, walking my dog through the Berkshire countryside, or cycling the winding country lanes.

How I work/The Process

  • Book a free 15-minute discovery call where you can tell me about your goals and symptoms and I can explain how I work and how I can help you.

  • Purchase your package and book your first session

  • Complete a detailed health questionnaire and food diary

  • Have our first session where we’ll explore your health history, current symptoms and goals in detail.

  • I research and produce a personalised plan with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations (if applicable) tailored to you.

  •  Follow-up sessions weekly or fortnightly to track your improvements, check your progress and make any necessary changes to help you move towards your health goals.

Rest + Digest 6-week course

Would you like to support your body and mind to help create ease, reduce stress and nourish your body processes at a deep level?

Rest + Digest is a practical and motivational online training programme designed to help you tap into a state of deep relaxation and balance using brainwave optimisation and nutrition. ​Advice on when and what to eat to balance mood and reduce digestive symptoms so you can have a calmer and happier gut.
