  2. Purchase your package and book your first session

  3. Complete a detailed health questionnaire and food diary·      

  4. Have our first session where we’ll explore your health history, current symptoms and goals in detail.

  5. I research and produce a personalised plan with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations (if applicable) tailored to you.

  6. Follow-up sessions weekly or fortnightly to track your improvements, check your progress and make any necessary changes to help you move towards your health goals.

15-Minute Discovery Call

Complimentary 15-minute discovery call where we can discuss your health concerns and goals and see how I can help you. This will enable me to assess your exact needs, answer your questions about the process, discuss available packages as well as bespoke options, and find out if we are good fit.
