Having suffered with depression and low mood for many years, tackling it solely with exercise and counselling, a friend suggested I speak to a nutritionist to pursue a new angle. Food was something I had little interest in when low, so it made sense to consider nutrition as a contributory factor. In just 2 sessions with Edwina, she looked at my weekly diet, made sensible and realistic suggestions, as well as pointing out a few things that I consumed which possibly were not helping. I came away with some simple diet alterations, which were easy to put in place, plus suggestions for 2 supplements and what felt like a positive outlook going forward. 

 

Four months later, I can honestly say I haven’t felt this strong mentally for a number of years.
