Introducing Rest + Digest — a unique 6-week online course designed to help you restore balance, build resilience, and optimise your health from the inside out. Co-led by Karen Darke MBE, Paralympian, mindset coach and founder of Quest 79 (karendarke.com) and myself, this course brings together our combined experience in mindset, bodywork and nutritional therapy. 

These are subjects we’re both deeply passionate about, and we believe it’s this integrative approach that has empowered our own journeys. Karen and I will be live with you in small group sessions each week, offering a highly personal and targeted experience tailored to your needs. Through a combination of guided hypnosis sessions, sound-based brainwave entrainment, and stress-reducing nutritional strategies, you’ll experience the profound benefits of shifting out of “fight or flight” and into a state of true relaxation.
