Edwina & Rhona hosted the most fantastic breakfast masterclass. I have to admit initially I was slightly unsure as to how much additional ideas and information could be learned but was blown away by the useful nutritional information and the inspirational recipes and the professional way they were deliver in such a comfortable relaxed environment. Also everything was well considered - that they were easy to do at home and helpful advice on what brands and where to buy, everything you needed to know. Both small & big changes one could make.
